1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nipuna AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Nipuna AI provides an AI-powered financial copilot platform that integrates with existing business systems (Tally, Zoho Books, Gmail, WhatsApp, etc.) to deliver real-time financial intelligence, cash flow forecasting, risk alerts, and automated analytics.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Pricing Plans

  • Starter: ₹2,499/month
  • Growth: ₹7,499/month
  • Enterprise: ₹19,999/month

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use the platform to generate misleading financial reports
  • Interfere with the platform's security or performance

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Nipuna AI, including the Zero Hallucination Framework, AI models, and proprietary algorithms, are owned by Nipuna AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nipuna AI provides financial insights based on deterministic analytics and AI-powered analysis. While we strive for accuracy through our Zero Hallucination Framework, we do not guarantee that all outputs will be error-free. We are not liable for business decisions made based on platform insights.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data, and we will delete your information within 60 days unless required by law to retain it.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
